This information is supplied to Client in Database Format which allows the addition of extra fields, such as Management, Employees, Extension Numbers, Renewal or Maintenance Details, Suppliers, Health and Safety Records etc.
The database can be divided into secure management access levels and will be supplied on CD or by FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
